THREE MILK ALTERNATIVES
Did you know milk does not do your body good? At least milk we know comes from a cow isn’t. It has all types of stuff added to it. Here is three milk alternatives to consume a better and healthy drink.
Hemp seed milk is the first alternative to drinking regular milk. Hemp seeds has a wide variety of health benefits, including their ability to prevent various cancers, boost skin and hair health, improve the immune system, build muscle mass, improve heart health, stimulate good digestion, build muscle mass, and eliminate insomnia. Hemp seed milk is a plant milk made from hemp seeds that are soaked and ground in water, yielding a cream-flavored nutty milk. Pause lol. But the fact that you can replace cow milk with a custom creation or store brought product is pretty awesome for me.
I was not comfortable knowing milk had puss and hormones added to it so I’m going to pass on the traditional morning breakfast.
Another alternative is Walnut milk.
Walnut milk is made from soaked walnuts and has a rich and nutty flavor. The health benefits of walnuts include its ability to reduce bad cholesterol, improve metabolism, control of diabetes, boost anti-inflammatory properties, aid in weight management, help as a mood booster and slow down the spread of cancer. The last is Brazilian nut milk.
Brazil nut milk is another alternative instead of consuming a baby cows mothers breast milk. Brazil nut milk has a rich and creamy taste and is made from the Brazil nut, which is native to South America.
