Latin America and the Caribbean needs to progress towards a wider combination of green and traditional infrastructure to satisfy the water need today.

A meeting took place Tuesday August 28 2017 in Stockholm Sweden attended by government and civil society from around the world. Private sector companies and academics uses the motto “Water, ecosystems and human development ” is focusing on the need to invest in nature-based solutions to address he threats associated with climate change, increased water variability and stressed ecosystems.
