‘Ina Vanguard Style,’ a documentary about Leeds-based duo Iration Steppas, will be released by Dubquake Records.

It’s hosted by Hometown Promotion Soundsystem and focuses on the collective’s dub music roots.

The documentary will be unveiled on Vimeo on February 6th.

It explores their West Indian community and their experimental creations, which merge Jamaican inspirations with dub, acid house, hip-hop, house, and techno sounds – the self-proclaimed “Inna Year 3000 Style,” which reflects their unique, futuristic dub.

A limited number of DVDs will be available on Bandcamp at the same time as the documentary.

The ’90s Classic Cutz Package,’ a 12-inch vinyl record bundle from Dubquake, is now available.

Iration Steppas’ sound has grown famous for holding Subdub nights in Leeds West Indian Centre, as well as playing worldwide and, of course, working on dubs in their High Rise Studio, since its inception in the early 1990s.
