Mahi Mahi With Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
2 6 ounce Mahi Mahi fillets ( skinned)
2 Teaspoons cajun seasoning
1 Cup Pineapple mango salsa
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over a medium-high heat
Season Mahi fillets with cajun seasoning on both sides
Carefully lay the thicker end of the fillet down in the pan, let cook 3-4 mins per side allowing each side to become crispy and browned.
Remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute
Arrange Mahi fillet over rice or vegetable of your choice, top with 1/2 cup of pineapple salsa
